REAL ESTATE
THAT RESPECTS
PEOPLE AND PLANET
“To love a place is not enough. We must find ways to heal it.”
-Robin Wall Kimmerer
Meet Sarah
"I am a real estate professional who cares deeply about the land to which I belong. I also acknowledge that the land I love, inhabit, buy, and sell has been stolen from its Indigenous caretakers. With that knowledge comes a responsibility of gratitude, care, and a strong desire to change the harmful ways land is regarded in the real estate industry. I specialize in helping clients connect their investment and homeownership goals with environmental land ethics while fostering inclusivity and support for the LGBTQ+ community. I believe respecting and uplifting all people, regardless of their gender identity or sexual orientation, is essential to creating truly inclusive, compassionate spaces.
I invite all those interested to join me in these efforts to give back to the land and the people through the process of homeownership. Serving Denver Metro area buyers, sellers, community members, and the non-human inhabitants of our bioregion."
Respecting People
With the Denver Metro area’s robust network of resources, inclusive healthcare, and a vibrant community, Colorado offers a place where people of all identities can live authentically and feel valued. As part of the LGBTQ+ community, Sarah specializes in helping families find homes where they will feel safe and welcome. Sarah offers resources on welcoming schools, legal protections, supportive local organizations, and safe communities. Her hope is for everyone to have the opportunity to build meaningful connections and experience a sense of belonging.
Respecting Planet
We have come to a time where survival depends on a change in our values. The land is a gift, not just for us but for the whole of the living world. We are no more important than our non-human inhabitants and we must learn to fit ourselves within the limits and the gifts provided by a place. We may not be able to undo the atrocity of colonialism and remake the system in which land is bought and sold, at least not right away. But we can make reparations to those, both human and non-human, who have been harmed along the way. That is why Sarah is continually working to heal and reframe our relationship to the planet from one of consumer/taker to that of citizen/giver.

"As a first-time home buyer, Sarah was a dream to work with. She walked us through the purchasing process step-by-step and answered any questions we had along the way. She was very responsive adn returned out phone calls and emails promptly. Her friendly and laid-back style made the process less stressful and dare I say it... enjoyable! We will absolutely use Sarah for future home purchases and suggest you do too!"

“Sarah sold our home in Golden and helped find our new home in west Arvada. The Golden home sold in four days and we found our new home after about two weeks of looking. It was a tricky deal because we had to sell the Golden home to get the cash before buying the new home. Sarah handled the juggling act with the greatest aplomb. Not only that, but with the greatest degree of professionalism and real estate knowledge. She soothed our nerves and answered every question."
